Treasure Beach Betting
Treasure Beach is the third string of trainer Aidan O'Brien as he looks to win the Epsom Derby for the third time. Out of former winner Galileo, Treasure Beach caught the eye winning at the Chester May meeting and has won three of his six races to date.
Treasure Beach is no stranger to the racecourse having already run six times in his short career. His best win to date came last time out when landing the Group 3 Chester Vase at the May meeting at the Roodee. Rated 121 by the Racing Post the odds suggest he'll need to improve at Epsom.
He was beaten eleven lengths finishing third behind Frankel as a two year old at Ascot last year, but did win twice as a juvenile over in Ireland. Colm O'Donaghue will take the ride for the Ballydoyle stable.

VERDICT: Ballydoyle third string, Chester Vase winner but improvement required to feature prominently here.
